World Gin Day- Gin blending workshop

As part of our celebrations of World Gin Day we are hosting a gin blending session.

Here you will, after a welcome Gin and Tonic , taste a gin made in our distillery and then seek to match the gin using individually distilled botanicals.

To help you will have the assistance of our distiller who will lead a talk on the history of gin and guide you through a tour of our distillery.

There will be a bottle of gin awarded to the person who gets closest to the recipe.

After a great session testing your palette against your friends you can take away your own gin bottle carrying your name.

To pair with your gin and tonic, there will also be Ploughmans boards to share- A selection of locally sourced cheeses and fine cured meats served with chutney, artisan crackers, sourdough & pickles.
