Join us for an evening of fine Whisky and food in the company of Callum Fraser – Head Distiller at Glenfarclas

Glenfarclas Distillery is renowned for producing single Highland malt Scotch Whisky in the traditional Speyside style, with a heavy sherry influence. Producing a range of expressions from the mouth watering freshness of the 10 year old to the indulgence of older vintages. One of the delights of Glenfarclas is exploring the subtle nuances between the different expressions.

To this day, Glenfarclas remains one of the few distilleries to be owned and managed by the family.  The distinctive taste of their Highland single malt scotch whisky is the result of the family’s experience of over 150 years in the industry. Glenfarclas produces time-honoured quality spirit using traditional distillation methods. Through the 1970’s the distillery continued to prosper with their visitor center opening in 1973.

Currently Glenfarclas Single Malt Scotch Whisky accounts for two thirds of the distillery’s annual production and is sold in over 90 markets worldwide. The Grants family now proudly tell the story of a distillery with over 180 years of production.
