A guided beer tasting with Beavertown Tempus Project

As part of our celebrations for Liverpool Beer week the team behind Beavertown Tempus Project will be joining us to host a guided beer tasting.

The Tempus Project is a brand new adventure from Beavertown brewing that focuses on wild yeasts and bacteria. Such is the organic nature of The Tempus Project, no two beers will be exactly the same and in the in the coming months and years Tempus will spawn hundreds of new, exciting, unique brews that will exists only once, never to be copied or repeated. From wild yeast fermented golden ales and whisky barrel ages stouts to sourdough fermented Kvasses and bretted wine barrel ages pales.

The tasting includes 4 beer tasters to enjoy whilst grazing on our Ploughman’s Boards which include a selection of locally sourced cheeses, fine cured meats, homemade chutney, artisan crackers, sourdough bread, and pickles.
